To say we brought a challenge to Rebecca is an understatement and she hit it out of the park! We were a young set of individuals that bought a home together and needed to sell it as the final piece of separating. On top of that we wanted to offer the option of assumption on the mortgage on our home and ended up selling with just that. We had no idea what we were getting ourselves into with that one. Our original 60 days sales contract turned into a FIVE MONTH sales contract because of the mortgage company. At one point the mortgage company even ghosted us and we had no idea what to do. I’m not sure what miracle she pulled but she finally gave us the “We’re clear to close!” call! She did a phenomenal job with everything from the picture and marketing selections, professionally and respectfully navigating a separated selling party, fighting a bank teeth and nail to get our assumption through to closing, and spreading positivity every step of the way. Even when it was almost impossible to feel any bit of positivity. Our process was a bit rough but she was amazing and I will definitely be calling her again for future real estate needs!
